At Porkbutt BBQ, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the best barbeque from all around!
All of our rubs and sauces are made from scratch in-house, as is most of our menu. When we do have to outsource a menu item or ingredient, we make sure it meets the highest standards.
Incognito Glutenfrio
We don't put anything on our menu that doesn't easily pass the non-GF person's palette test. Because if it's not just as good as the traditional gluteny options OR better, it's NOT good food!
Dedicated gluten-free, celiac-owned and operated
Desserts
We carry several desserts that are not listed on this menu, as they rotate frequently. Our cheesecakes and pies are outsourced from a company who produces them on a dedicated gluten-free line. The items we have on rotation are: Sea Salt Caramel Cheesecake, Blueberry Cheesecake, Bananas Foster Cheesecake, Pumpkin Cheesecake (only in the fall), Mississippi Mud Pie, Key Lime Pie, and Reese's Peanut Butter Pie.
We will be able to put our famous Bourbon Banana Pudding back on the menu again after egg prices come down.
Occassionally, you might see one of Bonnie's pies on special (the ones pictured that have a traditional pie crust). Unfortunately, since opening the restaurant, chronic health issues have taken their toll on her and limit her physically, forcing us to make the decision to not offer them as regular menu items anymore. We are hoping that she can offer them occassionally, as her body allows, So if & when you see them available, don't walk RUN to get yourself a slice before they sell out.
